Price Match Guarantee

At Actively Play, we are committed to providing the best value for your recreation project. If you find a lower advertised price on a qualifying playground structure, we won’t just match it, we’ll beat it by 5%.

How it Works:

• The 5% Advantage: If you provide a valid quote from an authorized dealer for an identical product, we will discount their price by an additional 5%, down to our actual fulfillment cost.
• Qualified Brands: This guarantee applies exclusively to commercial playground structures from Wisdom Playgrounds, Kidstale Playgrounds, and World Klass Playgrounds.
• Identical Match: The item must be the exact same model, manufacturer, and color.

The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions):

• Verification: A written, valid quote from a legitimate manufacturer-authorized dealer is required. We reserve the right to verify dealer legitimacy directly with the manufacturer.
• Products Only: This guarantee applies to the base price of the product only. It does not apply to freight, shipping, installation labor, or other professional services.
• Fulfillment Floor: Our "Price Match" is limited to our actual cost to fulfill the order. This cost includes the raw product price, payment processing fees (e.g., credit card fees), and internal order processing costs. We will provide the maximum possible discount up to this floor.
• Exclusions: Does not apply to clearance items, "going out of business" sales, or quotes from non-authorized resellers.
