Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most of our products ship via common carrier freight because of the weight and size of the items. Freight carriers require that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment. The driver is NOT responsible for off-loading your items.  Any additional delivery services like a liftgate or a delivery appointment are only available if they are expressly noted on your order. Off-loading a shipment is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for ANY injury you or anyone else receives from any part of the delivery process.

For some small items and orders we may have the ability to ship via standard ground service such as FedEx or UPS.

RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
You are responsible for checking the shipment and if necessary, either refusing it or noting damage upon receipt. If you do not do this, neither the carrier nor Actively Play will be responsible for any damages or charges associated with replacement of parts damaged in shipping that you accepted.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. ANY RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

REPLACING DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
Sometimes parts are damaged during shipping or missing. We reserve the right to replace the damaged or missing parts to correct the issue instead of sending out a complete replacement item or model. To receive replacement parts you'll need to take a complete inventory of all the parts received within 7 days. Then make a list of all the parts that are missing or damaged. You will also need to take photos of the damaged parts. Then contact us with the replacement parts list and photos for any damaged parts.
